BLOG: Science Proves a Designer!

Science has proven that the universe is fined tuned yet they still refuse to acknowledge God. What they do propose is much more absurd!

It is amazing that scientist have now concluded that the universe is fine tuned to such an incredible degree that the only way to account for it is to suggest there must be an infinite number of universes!

They claim the only reason we find this rare universe is that we happen to have evolved by chance to ask the question. To understand this you have to  look to the science. There are many laws that govern the universe, for instance gravity, the weak nuclear force, the strong force and there are ratios of early components (matter and anti-matter)  and energies.

Virtually every one of these ratios and laws have constants and variables within them. If any one of them is changed by a trillionth of a trillionth of a trillionth of a percent, the universe would not have evolved to have matter or complex elements.

When you combine these formulas, the chances of a universe having these parameters is so slim it is like one over the 10 to the 138th power, or the chance of picking one pre marked lottery ball out of a bin with the same number of lottery balls as there are particles in the universe. Or, you can take scientist word for it; the universe is fine tuned for advanced life.

The way they get out of the obvious ramifications of that idea is that there must be an infinite number of universes, and so we should not be surprised that we exist in this one and are able to observe and discuss it. But here's the problem. If there are an infinite number of universes, every logically possible universe would actually exists somewhere.

Now, atoms do tend to sometimes combine in rare circumstances to create a unique and unlikely compound. If you have an infinite number of universes we would expect at least an infinite number of times that all the molecules that would assemble a saber tooth tiger in your living room would by chance combine and pop into existence.

Since there are an infinite number of those we could then explain every other odd occurrence as a chance yet rare event. So, how could we even use science and probability on any question whatsoever?

I think that we should sit back and look at the ramifications that science has brought us. Instead of moving away from the metaphysical, they have moved towards it in their new trend towards multi-worlds and infinite universes as an attempt to avoid the obvious evidence for a designer mind of the universe. It is therefore rational and not a form of blind faith to look at the evidence and believe there is a God behind it all. The other option is simply unscientific.
