WATCH: Whirling, Twirling Whale Stuns Passengers In Dana Point

This gray whale performed some pretty fancy stunts on Monday off the coastline, according to one whale watching company.

Apparently, ballerinas aren't the only ones who can whirl and twirl.

This gray whale -- about 25 feet long -- was acting much like a Prima ballerina while playing off the waters of Dana Point on Monday, according to Donna Kalez of Dana Wharf Sportfishing and Whale Watching.

"The whale was spy hopping and twirling through the water while white-sided dolphins rode its wake," she said. "I know we say this a lot, but it's true we have NEVER EVER seen this behavior have you?"

"It was was only 15 seconds long," she said. "People just love watching these videos."

I hit enter in the comment and it posted - I wasn't done! Why would it post if you don't clickRead More "post comment"?! I read one story and the scrunched up left placement gave me a headache. The ad column on the right is way too big - too wide. If they made that smaller, swapped the "board" column and the news (so the news was in the middle), I think it would be easier to read.

With the ad block on the right and the boards info in the middle, it feels like the news part isRead More scrunched too far to the left.
