Services for Mara Steves Today
Family and friends to gather in Corona del Mar to pay respects, and say goodbye to woman killed Sunday in fatal accident.
Services for will be today at 2:30 p.m. at Pacific View Memorial Park, 3500 Pacific View, Corona del Mar.
Mara was the PTA president at Bergeson Elementary School from 2005-2008 and is known to many throughout the Bergeson Community.
There will be an informal dessert reception in the Bergeson library at 6 p.m. after the service.

In lieu of flowers, Mara’s family has set up a memorial fund to upgrade the Bergeson multi-purpose room. Mara loved the arts and the school will be upgrading the sound system and staging area per the family’s request.
Checks can be made out to the “Bergeson PTA” and include in the memo line “Mara fund.”
