Renter Spits on Landlord Over Verbal Dispute

A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff's Department from Sept. 29-30 in Laguna Niguel.

A woman reported she was in a verbal argument with a renter and was spit on. The renter was currently at work and was not expected back home until midnight. The incident occurred on Saturday, Sept. 29 at 8:56 a.m. at the 0 block of Lindall Street.

Welfare Check 8:29 p.m. 27000 Block of Calle Dolores. A woman reported her grandson, 24, sent her a text, asking her to call the police, because her drunk stepdaughter, 46, broke in to the house. (Dana Point)

Indecent Exposure 5:22 p.m. Pacific Coast Highway/Street of the Violet Lantern. A caller reported a mal transient was walking in the middle of the street with his pants down, exposing his private parts. He was last seen on Pacific Coast Highway toward Harbor House. The man, 35, was 5 feet, 10 inches, and wearing a black shirt, and plaid pants. (Dana Point)

Saturday, Sept. 29:

Unknown Trouble 10:12 p.m. 30300 Block of Via Reata. A hysterical woman stated her ex-boyfriend broke her cell phone and tried to run her over.

Suspicious Person 12:22 p.m. Alicia Parkway/Marketplace Drive North. A caller reported three men were near the old Blockbuster, fiddling with the open electrical box. She did not think they were workers.
