Neighbor Pushes, Kicks and Punches Over Dog Dispute

A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff's Department from Dec. 5 –6 in Dana Point and Laguna Niguel.

A woman reported her neighbor came to her residence and pushed her down, kicked her and punched her in the face over a dispute with dogs. The subject had short, red hair, and was wearing a brown jacket and pants. The incident occurred on Thursday, Dec. 6 at 10:26 a.m., at the 27300 block of Nicole Drive.

Thursday, Dec. 6:

Suspicious Person 10:36 p.m. La Paz Road/Pacific Park Drive. A man reported he witnessed two men run into an apartment and say: “Give me the money,” and then ran out moments later. He was unsure whether they were joking or not.

Suspicious Person In Vehicle 12:36 a.m. Paseo de Colinas/Street of the Golden Lantern. A caller reported a man driving a dark-colored sedan appeared passed out in the left hand turn lane. The driver was bald.

Wednesday, Dec. 5:

Vandalism Report 2:40 p.m. 0 block of Siena. A woman reported the Christmas decorations on her front lawn were vandalized.

Suspicious Person In Vehicle 10:53 a.m. Via Sacramento/Via Gomez. A woman reported her neighbor kept driving by his residence and staring at him. It was making him uncomfortable and is becoming an ongoing problem. The driver drives a green or gray Honda. (Dana Point)
