Sentencing and a retrial hearing are scheduled Monday for who was convicted of sexually assaulting her son's then-16- year-old friend in her Laguna Niguel home.
She was arrested in September 2011.
Jurors deadlocked on charges related to a 13-year-old boy, so the hearing will consider how to proceed with another possible trial on those charges. Sentencing is expected to be delayed until after a retrial on the remaining charges.
