Youths Allegedly Steal and Smash Pumpkins in Street

A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff's Department from Oct. 31 – Nov. 1 in Laguna Niguel.

A caller reported three youths were taking The incident occurred on Thursday, Nov. 1 at 8:24 p.m. at the 33100 block of Santiago Drive in Dana Point.

Thursday, Nov. 1:

Disturbance 8:13 a.m. Crown Valley Parkway/5 Freeway. A caller reported while at the Costco gas station, a man threw fuel at him. The man in question was driving a grey Audi. He was in his late 20s and was wearing a grey long-sleeved shirt and unknown colored pants.

Disturbance 2:51 a.m. 26900 block of Calle Real. A woman reported a man was on her driveway threatening another man with a knife. She overheard the caller say the individal had been staying in the house, and when he was kicked out, he allegedly grabbed a bunch of knives. The man, 25, had black hair, was wearing a hat, black eyeliner, dark colored overcoat, and dark jeans. (Dana Point)

Wed., Oct. 31:

Welfare Check 12:53 a.m. 23500 block of Belmar Drive. A caller required a welfare check because the resident had previously threatened to kill all the residents. Upon investigation, everyone was fine.

Disturbance 8:18 p.m. Brownsbury Road/Leicester Court. A caller reported  in the Bear Brand community, multiple people were throwing bottles at trick-or-treaters.
