Gardener Throws Tool At Boss's Leg

A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff's Department from Oct. 17-18 in Laguna Niguel.

A gardener reported his employee threw a tool at his leg, after becoming upset for being asked to throw away the trash. The gardener wished to file a battery report. When police arrived, one of the men had left and no report was taken. The incident occurred on Wednesday, Oct. 17 at 11:24 a.m., at the 24000 block of Jacana Circle.

Thursday, Oct. 18:

Disturbance 11:58 p.m. Avery Parkway/5 Freeway. A caller reported an older female parked in the AM/PM parking lot was being assaulted by a younger woman. The younger woman was trying to pull the older woman from a silver Jeep.

Suspicious Person In Vehicle 6:08 a.m. 26800 block of Del Gado Road. A caller reported a man was outside his car bowing near his open trunk and praying on the ground. He rolled up what appeared to be a rifle in a cloth, put it in his trunk and drove away. The man was wearing dark clothing and driving a 4-door black limo sedan with rear tinted windows. He was last seen driving out of the cul-de-sac. (Dana Point)

Wednesday, Oct. 17:

Citizen Assist 6:33 p.m. Avery Parkway/Camino Capistrano. A woman alleged her credit card was unrightfully swiped three times at the AM/PM gas station.

Suspicious Person 6:40 p.m. 28100 block of Moulton Parkway. A caller reported a group of juveniles were throwing items in the trees at the Palms Apartments and trashing the front of the complex.
