Man Caught Pleasuring Self in Broad Daylight, Fifth Time

A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff's Department from Sept. 11-12 in Laguna Niguel.

A woman reported her 20-year-old male neighbor was naked in his backyard masturbating. She said she witnessed it and took a picture; this is the fifth occurrence. The incident occurred on Wednesday, Sept. 12 at 9:22 a.m. at the 0 block of Palm Beach Court in Dana Point.

Citizen Assist 6:35 a.m. 25400 block of Fallen Oak. A man claimed his car was stolen and wasn’t returned from the mechanic. The call history showed the subject had dementia.

Tuesday, Sept. 11:

Disturbance 11:53 a.m. 34400 block of Via Verde. A man reported his neighbor was attempting to shoot a bird with a pellet gun, and almost hit him on his bicycle. The man ran back inside his home. (Dana Point)

Suspicious Person 11:54 p.m. 29000 block of Aloma Avenue. A caller reported that a man was watching his aunt while she was naked. He was last seen jumping the fence that leads to Crown Valley. The man was shirtless, in his late 40s, with light brown hair, and "a built body."

Disturbance 3:24 p.m. 25100 block of La Jolla Way. A man reported secondhand information, his neighbor was throwing rocks at another neighbor’s dog on the patio of the location. (The caller was calling from Irvine, on behalf on her neighbor.)
