Jackson, then 50, died at his L.A. home on June 25, 2009, from an overdose of the anesthetic propofol and other sedatives, according to authorities.
Murray was in Jackson’s bedroom when he died, according to authorities. He pleaded not guilty in January to a charge of involuntary manslaughter and faces up to four years in prison if convicted.
