The Duchess Brings Gowns, Glam to South County
The Duchess specializes in designer labels from $200-$600.
A new high-end fashion boutique has set up shop at The center at Rancho Niguel this year. The Duchess is now open at 28251 Crown Valley Parkway.
The shop features cocktail and special occasion designer gowns, said owner Suemi Steinaker.
"I am bringing new and current designers brands to south Orange County because I know the passionate shoppers here want to see more fashion than is available at the local mall," she said. "Many of my labels are the first to be showcased in Orange County as far as I know."

The Duchess carries designer labels unique to this area from $200 to $600.
"I’m personally inspired by fashion and know women in this area are looking for the unique, the unusual the 'make-me-feel-like-royalty' dress," the owner said.
In addition to special occasion gowns, The Duchess showcases Bleulab skinny jeans. The jeans are reversible, with a matte finish for daytime and a metallic sheen for night. The jeans retail in the high $200s, Steinaker said.
