It's National Sleep Day Today (and Tonight)

Jan. 3 is considered national sleep day and what better way to celebrate than by getting a good night's rest. Here are some places in Dana Point and Laguna Niguel to get what you need.

Whoops, we fell asleep.

Probably because it's National Sleep Day, so get ready to fluff up your pillows tonight.

According to a report in the Huffington Post: There's not much history as to how this holiday came to be -- but, being the "sleep evangelists" we are, we'd never pass up the opportunity to celebrate the power of shuteye. Mr. Boring here is asleep by about 930-1000 every night and awake by around 5, and that's the same on weekends. Get enough sleep and you'll rarely catch a cold. Get up early and you'll beat traffic to work. Get to work early and you can start your day out at a less frenzied pace and enjoy a cup of coffee in peace. Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and dull.
