Participants of the Festival of Whales Grunion Run can sport their bib tag and receive a Laguna Niguel race recovery goodie bag filled with Qure water, Think Thin and Luna bars, Cabo chips and Whale Tales in a reusable Laguna Niguel shopping bag. And what better way to cool off , than with a free beer sampling from Deschutes Brewery and a special happy hour menu to refuel and recharge.

The race day fun doesn’t stop there--join Whole Foods Market Laguna Niguel at 12 p.m. for our annual Parmageddon event where we will crack an 85 pound wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano. Shoppers might just witness history in the making during our attempt to reclaim the Guinness World Record for the number of wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano simultaneously cracked in stores across the US, Canada and the UK.
Nationally, cheese lovers attending any one of the parm crack events are invited to enter an Instagram contest by sharing a photo tagged with #parmcrack on March 9, for a chance to win a $250 gift card for Whole Foods Market.
