Man Allegedly Smashes Head into Ground In Dana Point

A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff's Department from Nov. 19- 20.

A caller reported a man was smashing his head into the ground in front of the bushes at the 34200 block of Del Obispo Street on Tuesday, Nov. 20 at 2:44 p.m. in Dana Point. The man was arrested and released. The District Attorney refused to file charges.

Tuesday, Nov. 20:

Disturbance 8:40 p.m. 0 block of Seafare. A man said his neighbor came to his door and was being verbal about his 3-year-old playing too loudly in the yard.

Disturbance 4:59 p.m. Alicia Parkway/Pacific Park Drive. A caller reported two men were carrying skateboards and were asking customers for money for the homeless, and became verbal when they told them no.

Monday, Nov. 19:

Petty Theft Report 6:22 p.m. 30100 block of Town Center Drive. A pharmacy reported a customer stole a prescription pad and forged a signature from Dr. Kellogg’s office.

Suspicious Person 4:07 p.m. 34000 block of Pequito Drive. A caller reported she rents a room and was upset because her landlord wanted to kick her out and change the locks. As of the report, the caller had not been evicted yet. (Dana Point)
