'Hockey Mom' Didn't Molest Teammates at Home, Son Testifies
Kathia Davis of Laguna Niguel was in court again on Monday along with her son, Shane, who testified that their home was not a place for parties or underage sexual romps.
The woman known as the "Hockey Mom," Kathia Maria Davis ran a strict household without much room for parties, according to her 19-year-old son who testified today in court.
Davis, 45, a divorced Laguna Niguel mom with three kids, is accused of plying two underage boys with alcohol before sexual encounters at her house.
As The Orange County Register reports: Davis' son Shane said he only recently learned from his grandparents that his mother did indeed have a sexual encounter with one of his hockey teammate's, who 16 at the time of the 2010 encounter. He stated that he was "disappointed," while being questioned on the stand by defense attorney, David Cohn.

Davis is charged with four counts of lewd acts on a child younger than 14 and four counts of unlawful sexual intercourse, as well as three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and a sentencing enhancement allegation of substantial sexual conduct with a child. She faces up to 17 years and eight months in prison if convicted.
