Caller Reports Suspicious Male Spying on Children

A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff's Department from March 6 in Laguna Niguel.

A caller reported that a male in a gray striped shirt and gray sweatpants was in front of the school the past few days, watching the children. He was last seen walking Niguel Road toward La Gracia. The incident occurred at 2:30 p.m. at the 25300 block of Rancho Niguel Road.

Monday, Feb. 6:

Suspicious Person  7:40 p.m. 300 block of Shorebreaker Drive. An elderly caller reported that he heard a loud pounding on his door and it sounded like someone was trying to break in. It could have been his door or his neighbor’s.

Disturbance 5:30 p.m. Unknown block of Siena. A caller reported that her neighbor yelled at her children when they were outside and slandered her family. The neighbor is usually drunk and she had not spoken with her that day.

Suspicious Person 9:52 p.m. Unknown block of Pearl. An unknown number of subjects were behind the complex of the nature trail doing unknown activity. The caller heard the mention of drugs  and mentioned the recent problem in that area with spray painting.
