'Call 9-1-1 for me. I am already dead'

A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff's Department from January 14–15.

A caller reported that her daughter texted her, “Call 9-1-1 for me. I am already dead.” The daughter was a reported drug user and had not been in contact with her mother in a long time. The incident occurred on Tuesday, January 15 at 34400 block of Via Gomez in Dana Point.

Tuesday, Jan. 15:

Assault Report 8:07 p.m. at the 24800 block of Del Prado in Dana Point. A caller witnessed a male push a female on the sidewalk in front of Ralph’s, and then kick her. The subject was in his 30’s and the female was wearing a hoodie.  8:07 p.m. at the 24800 block of Del Prado in Dana Point.

Keep the Peace 9:34 p.m. 24800 block of Via Larga. A caller reported that her ex sent out a defaming mass email, and she was afraid to return home. She requested a deputy enter the house with her so she could grab some items and leave for the night.

Monday, Jan. 14:

Suspicious Person 9:37 p.m. 29200 block of Mira Vista. A caller reported that someone was shining a bright green laser into the back of her house.

Citizen Assist 7:42 a.m. 33100 block of Marina Vista Drive. A caller reported that her 23-year-old daughter was doing drugs with her boyfriend at his house. The mother was out from Michigan and was trying to get her to enter rehab. (Dana Point).
