Dr. Deborah Wood-Schade, Neighbor

Dr. Deb has been a  Sports Chiropractor in Aliso Viejo for the past 20 years. She has traveled the world as a team doctor for the USAT National Triathlon team and worked at the Hawaiian Ironman Triathlon. In 2000 she started teaching Pilates and using  Pilates based exercise to rehabilitate her patients and clientele.

Her passion for Cycling has taken her across many miles of roads in California and in Italy. She is starting a Pilates class for Cyclists on Nov. 7th and is excited about increasing flexiblilty, core strength and performance in this population.
