Inspired to dance by watching Dancing with the Stars? Now local O.C. residents can take dance lessons at DWTS…More two-time champion Cheryl Burke's Laguna Niguel studio. </p> <p>Here beginners through advanced students can practice a variety of dances including foxtrot, waltz, samba, bolero and swing. The flexible class schedules allow students to fit in classes at various times throughout the week. </p> <p>Both group and private classes are offered. There are six instructors at the studio who all compete professionally. There is a free introductory lesson open to all new students. Classes are 45 minutes each--enough to get a workout while having fun at the same time. No partner is needed as you will be rotated with different students throughout the class. </p> <p>On Fridays, the Cheryl Burke Dance Studio hosts Free Fridays: dance parties open to the public and students who would like to practice what they've learned in their classes with other students. These free Fridays are designed to get students dancing together in a party setting and allow potential new members to see what taking a class at the studio would be like before committing. </p> <p>Private and special program lessons are by appointment only. Special instruction is provided for wedding couples and the studio will build a routine based on the song you bring in. The studio is friendly, sociable and caters to beginning students by offering a welcoming atmosphere.</p>
