AYSO Region #41 Laguna Niguel Soccer League offers spring and fall sessions for children ages 4–18. Programs areMore child-focused and aim to create healthy, happy kids with a strong sense of ethics and good sportsmanship. It encourages creative play and strategic thinking. AYSO’s six philosophies include everyone plays, open registration, balance teams, positive coaching, player development and good sportsmanship. A program for those with special needs, called VIP, is offered as well. It also welcomes parent volunteer,s as well and allows them to serve as coach, assistant coach, board members, team parents or project volunteers. The division of City Hall includes the Mayor and CityMore Council members, agendas and public hearings, fiscal year budgets, commissions and committee meetings.
