Council Chambers, part of the City Hall of Laguna Niguel, hosts council meetings every first and third Tuesday of theMore month at 7:00pm. If the public wishes to speak at a council meeting, they must fill out a "request to speak" form. Each speaker is allowed three minutes to speak to the council and must be specific to the agenda. Council meetings are aired live on channel 30 and channel 853. The second Saturday after the meetings, the meetings will re-air on channel 30.
