Sea Country Senior & Community Center

<p>This community center provides nutrition services, information services, special trips, fitness classes and community classes geared toward senior citizens in Laguna Niguel. Amenities include a banquet room, computer room, fitness center, game room, library, and a stage. Classes and activities offered include table tennis, watercolor painting, billiards, exercise to music, introduction to computers, art history and Tai Chi. There are two ballrooms and a few meeting rooms that can be rented out after hours on weekdays and all day on weekends. </p> <p>Health services such as immunizations are offered for low cost or through Medicare. On the first Thursday of every month, legal advice is offered by appointment through a volunteer lawyer, and on the first Tuesday of the month, health insurance counseling is offered. On the second and fourth Monday, preventative health care advice is offered by appointment. </p>
