Laguna Niguel Veggie Mama on Shark Tank TV Show Tonight

Parts of Dana Point can be seen in the Laguna Niguel couple's pitch.

Robert and Theresa Fraijo have made their pitch to the investors on Shark Tank, and now the results will unfold on national television.

  • Channel: ABC (7 for Cox cable subscribers)
  • Time: 9 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The Fraijos run Veggie Mama, a healthy snacks business found in about 200 stores, including Sprouts and local Whole Foods supermarkets.

The couple has two boys. Vance, 8, attends Malcolm Elementary. His brother Maximilian is 2.

"There's so much junk out there," Theresa said. "Obesity's never been higher, especially among kids. We need snacks that can fit all these different needs."

Veggie Mom makes frozen veggie and fruit pops without artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. On Friday their website, VeggieMama.com, releases a new direct-to-consumer product, Garden Jam. It comes in two flavors: raspberry-beet and sweet potato-peach.
