Roller derby has been undergoing a revival of late, and Orange County has its own league, the South Coast Roller Derby, with teams like the Lagunatics, the Killer Danas, and the Coast Highway Catrinas, plus skaters with awesome nicknames -- how can you not become fans of Mary Skate Rollson, Malibruise Most Hated, Smack Daniels, or Manic Faze?
Patch recently caught an SCRD bout at their Laguna Hills home track (they practice in San Juan Capistrano). Click the video and find out if our camera guy managed to avoid getting run over.
