The Laguna College of Art & Design is presenting the worldwide debut of "The Art of Charles Schulz and Peanuts: The Minerd Collection," an exhibition of original artwork by Peanuts creator Charles Schulz.

The show, which runs from Jan. 23 through Feb. 14, will feature rare animation cells and art from Peanuts TV specials culled from the largest collection of Peanuts and Schultz artwork in private ownership.
A special reception will be held at the college from 5-8 p.m. Feb. 7 to coincide with First Thursdays Art Walk.
But—good grief!—the trick will be in carving out some time to actually see the show, since it'll only be open during school hours from noon until 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. The gallery is closed weekends.
But hey, at least parking and the show are free ...
