Join me as I de-mystify the powerful self-empowering concepts of Ayurveda (5,000 year old healing science from India). Understand who you are from an Ayurvedic perspective (each one of us is unique). Improve your digestive health and immunity. According to Ayurveda (and now modern scientific research), digestion is the single most important determinant of overall health and well-being. You are what you Digest! In this workshop, you will learn the importance of creating and maintaining a healthy digestive system. You will gain an understanding about the healing power of foods from an Ayurvedic perspective. We will explore the best foods for each constitution, and review proper eating guidelines, because How you Eat is as important as What you Eat. You will also be given tasty recipes to take home with you.
