Tiling, Drywall and Courtyard Work Taking Place at City Hall

There is plenty of activity at Alicia and Crown Valley parkways, the construction site of the new City Hall.

Look for tiling on the roof of the building to wind down this week at the construction site. Drywalling, as well as tile work in the restrooms, will continue.

Here is some of the anticipated construction activity for the week of April
11 to 15:

  • Complete installation of roof tiles.
  • Plaster site parking area screen walls, and trash and generator enclosures.
  • Continue tile work in restrooms on first floor.
  • Continue drywall, priming and painting interior walls.
  • Begin forming for concrete seating and planters in the courtyard area.
  • Begin installation of T-bar ceiling on the first-floor office areas.

The new City Hall, at Crown Valley and Alicia parkways, is expected to be completed in late August.
