Shrub Planting and More Millwork Are on Tap for New City Hall This Week

Construction workers are concentrating on the lobby, as well as more plantings, as construction continues at the corner of Alicia and Crown Valley parkways.

Construction at City Hall is moving forward this week as workers continue millwork and plant shrubs and ground cover during the week of July 11-15.

They are:

  • Continuing millwork in the lobby area and council chambers.
  • Planting shrubs and ground cover on interior slopes.
  • Installing pavers in courtyard amphitheater area.
  • Continuing driveway improvements at the entrance drive and other site work.

The new City Hall is expected to open around Oct. 15.
