Laguna Niguel's Birther Taitz Seeks to Remove Obama from Kansas Ballot

The resident, dentist/attorney, will ask a judge to yank the president's name from ballots this November.

is back in action, this time going to court in Kansas to argue that President Barack Obama should be yanked from that state's ballot because of what she calls his questionable U.S. citizenship.

On Oct. 3, she is scheduled to request an emergency preliminary injunction to keep Obama off the general election ballot this November.

Taitz, a lawyer and dentist, has been dubbed "Queen of the Birthers" by her critics for claiming Obama was born outside the U.S.

Taitz outlined her latest complaint in a press release published Thursday evening.

She said Obama:

  • is using a Connecticut Social Security number not issued to him.
  • applied for his Selective Service certificate using a forged postal cancellation stamp.

Why does she think the cancellation was fake? It uses a two-digit year (80) while "all the other postal stamps showed the four-digit year 1980."

In addition to the original application for his Social Security number, Taitz wants Obama's original application for Selective Service, his original birth certificate and the original microfilm of his birth certificate.

One anonymous commenter on her website asked Taitz why she was not attacking presidential challenger Mitt Romney for having a father born in Mexico.

Taitz responded, "Romney was born in the U.S. You are welcome to ask Romney for his original IDs too. Noone [sic] ever found any evidence of forgery in his records."

Earlier this year, Taitz was interviewed by Laguna Niguel Patch and she ran for U.S. Senatelost in the Republican primaries, and then claimed voter fraud was responsible for her defeat.

Also this year, an appeals court decided Taitz was not the victim of voter fraud or election fraud in her 2010 battle against fellow Republican opponent Damon Dunn.

I give her credit for standing for what she believes in. I find his birth questionable too.

Just when this crazy person seems to have faded from our newspapers, here she comes again. Honestly as far as I'm concerned it's a wonder she hasn't been put in a looney bin by now. Truly more money than brains.

She is really an embarrassment & a huge distraction. Even if there really was a question about Obama having been born in HI--which I don't think there is--he would still have been born a US citizen since his Mother was one. & she needs to wake up & realize she is not getting anywhere & try to think of more constructive things to do w her time. & she needs to wake up & realize that if she really wants to keep him from being re-elected, she is actually hurting the cause by being such as distraction. But she seems to be more wrapped up in herself than what she seems to want to do supposedly which is to get Obama out of office.

My unsolicited so-called interaction began with this total stranger when she decided to take on the private school my son had attended...two years AFTER he left. She bombarded me and many other families, with accusations about the school and its board. Each mailing sent out was at least one to two inches thick. The outcome of her attempt to discredit the school--LOSER! Ms. Taitz--I would like to suggest that you use the money you have feverishly spent on your "theories" towards something more tangible--like donating to organizations that actually help others.

Orly Taites needs her head examined. She is costing us all thousands of dollars by filing these frivolous lawsuits and jamming up the judicial system in several states. Our court system is already overloaded with real judicial cases, Orly Taitz seems to have an endless supply of money to fund her irresponsible court filings. She could be putting that money to real good use by contributing it to our schools and job service organizations who assist the unemployed with new training so they can become employed again.
