Laguna Niguel Library Reopens

It was supposed to open in November, but rain delays and a change in contractors delayed the library's progress.

It may have been warm on Sunday, but many residents were on hand to see the newly revamped Laguna Niguel Library open its doors.

Council members, children, adults, and county supervisors all stopped by to check on the new high-tech, state-of-the-art addition to the city despite the heat.

You can read much more about the library on Monday and the many things it has has to offer the residents of Laguna Niguel in a full report.
