Issa Holding Telephone Town Hall Today on Possible Military Action in Syria

Rep. Darrell Issa plans to hold a town hall meeting by telephone at 5:30 p.m. on Monday for voters in Dana Point.

Issa's office will call registered voters in the 49th District to invite them to participate in the discussion. Two calls are scheduled, the first for Orange County voters and the second for San Diego County voters.

New residents of the district can make sure they're on the list for future town halls by calling Issa's office at 760-599-5000 and providing their name, telephone number and address. 

Earlier this month, the Republican congressman said in a statement on Syria that to earn his vote on military action, "President Obama must present a clear plan focused on effective humanitarian intervention or our national security interests."
