But when you look at his work and the focus on Wall Street and the idea that there was a wealthy elite infrastructure with the goal of sucking the wealth from the greater society to put it in the hands of this elite circle, the contradiction would have been if somebody who really read Quigley wasn't in support of Obama. That was basically the theme of this past election cycle. Quigley's personal views about this elite class can become ambiguous, but decades after his work, it becomes clear that in this case; his conspiracy theory of an infrastructure that squeezes the wealth of nations up into a small, financially elite class, would appear to have been correct.
Let me know once you get the judo chop analogies or Captain STubbing or whatever you were trying to write and then just write something that makes some sort of intelectual sense to whatever point that you are trying to make. And before you do any of it, make sure that your exposure to Quigley isn't something dopey like a cross reference from Breitbart, but that you have some actual intelectual readings on the subject.
