Another Milestone for New City Hall

Work is on track for the target completion date in August.

Attention, all residents: The new City Hall construction project has reached another milestone.

According to Community Development Director Dan Fox, "the exterior of the building is now substantially complete."

Not only that, but the interior drywall is also nearing completion.  The next major phase of construction will focus on site improvements, including the courtyard amphitheater, entry plaza fountain, pedestrian sidewalks and parking lot.

Landscaping of the site and slopes will be commencing shortly.  On the
inside, work will be ongoing, with the installation of the elevator,
restroom flooring and fixtures, counters, cabinets and other fixtures.

The City Hall project is on schedule for completion by the end of August.
