Alleged Brawl at Apartment Complex

A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff's Department from Nov. 12-13 in Laguna Niguel.

A man reported he heard a loud bang coming from the apartment above his, at the Niguel Summit Apartments. He said it sounded like someone was being dropped on the floor. He then heard a voice possibly laughing or crying afterward. The incident occurred on Monday, Nov. 12, at 11:59 p.m. at the 30200 block of Pacific Island Drive.

Tuesday, Nov.13:

Assist Outside Agency 9:07 p.m. 23600 block of Mariner Drive. A caller reported after a verbal argument with his wife, she began mumbling and then became hunched over snoring, and unresponsive. He did not see her take any pills or alcohol but his bottles were emptied. She was transported to Mission Laguna Beach. (Dana Point)

Citizen Assist 2:18 p.m. 23100 block of Via Tuscany. A man referenced an ongoing dispute with his neighbor, whom he claims poisoned his dog.

Monday, Nov. 12:

Disturbance 8:05 p.m. 100 block of Seafare. A woman reported her neighbor sprayed her with a garden hose.

Welfare Check 10:00 a.m. 29700 block of Niguel Road. An employee at the leasing offices of the Pointe Niguel Apartments referenced a tenant made several threats to his neighbors, saying he planned to murder and bury them. The subject was being evicted and was up all night yelling at neighbors and throwing things. He told the leasing office he carries a firearm.
