Possible Intruder, Trail of Blood Found

A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff's Department on March 15 in Laguna Niguel.

A caller reported that someone might have been in her room. She believed the intruder bit someone, as there was blood on her bed. She kept a key to her home under a large, gray pot at her front door. The incident occurred at 3:58 a.m. in the 30200 block of Sonrisa Lane in Laguna Niguel.

Suspicious Person 9:20 p.m. 0 block of Seaspray South. A caller reported that a vehicle followed her into her gate, then parked next to her, and then the driver tried to open her car door while she was still in the vehicle. The subject was driving a silver BMW convertible, was in his 50s and was wearing a black hat, black button-down silk tee shirt and jeans.

Suspicious Person 9:20 a.m. 24800 block of Dana Point Harbor Drive. A guest reported to the front desk that there was blood in his room and he was talking about needles in a spoon. He was not making sense. The subject was in his 20s, and was wearing a red plaid shirt, jeans and Converse tennis shoes. (Dana Point)

Property for Destruction 11:05 a.m. 32900 block of Danacedar. A caller reported that she was cleaning out her deceased brother’s home and found a loaded weapon that needed to be unloaded and collected. (Dana Point)
