Pet Owners Continue Using Church Restroom for Pets

A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff's Department from Oct. 3-4.

A pastor referenced he is having ongoing problems with people coming onto the church property and allowing their pets to use the restroom. The incident was reported on Thursday, Oct. 4 at 6:09 p.m., at the 34300 block of Calle Portola in Dana Point.

Thursday, Oct. 4:

Suspicious Person In Vehicle 2:40 a.m. Pacific Park Drive/Alicia Parkway. A caller reported that in the parking lot of Sport Chalet and Pick Up Stix, a man was in his white 4 Runner with a surfboard on it, smoking something that resembled heroin. The subject was also laughing loudly.

Disturbance 8:48 a.m. 0 Block of Los Cabos. A woman reported her ex was harassing her, but she refused to tell the desk clerk anything, because it always winds up in the blotter. (Dana Point)

Wednesday, Oct. 3:

Suspicious Person 11:49 a.m. 24200 Block of El Pilar. An elderly sounding woman reported she smelled a strong chemical. Call history showed she lived alone. 

Citizen Assist 11:39 a.m. 34200 Block of Doheny Park Road. A customer at the Doheny Village Car Wash tried to leave without paying, according to an employee. The customer then claimed the car wash stole his Ipod. (Dana Point)
