Neighbor Refuses to Return Patio Set

A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff's Department from Sept. 19-20 in Laguna Niguel.

A man reported that he “loaned” his neighbor his patio set, and he refused to give it back. He was also moving out. The incident occurred on Thursday, Sept. 20 at 4:01 p.m. at the 28100 block of Moulton Parkway at the Palms Apartments.

Thursday, Sept. 20:

Disturbance 7:08 p.m. 29200 block of Mira Vista. A caller referenced that a boy was throwing rocks at her dog. The boy lives at the residence to the right of the location.

Petty Theft 1:13 a.m. 34100 block of Pacific Coast Highway. A caller reported that a man stole a Tall Boy beer from the Circle K. He was in his 20s, wearing a dark shirt and multi-colored board shorts. He is known as a transient to the employees and for crying a lot. He was last seen headed northbound on foot toward PCH. Wednesday, Sept. 19:

Suspicious Person 10:40 p.m. 24900 block of Hidden Hills Road. A caller reported a man was standing outside her home staring at her. She was worried he was sent by her boyfriend to kill her. The man was bald and wearing a white shirt. He was last seen on foot walking in the complex.

Suspicious Person 5:57 a.m. 28200 block of Forbes Road. A caller reported that a male was lying on the top of the elevator on track 2 of the Laguna Niguel Metrolink Station, with a suitcase lying next to him. The caller was unable to stop to see if he was breathing, because she had to hop on the Metrolink.
