Man Acts Maniacal While Sitting on Electrical Box

A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff's Department on April 15 in Laguna Niguel.

A caller reported that a 30-year-old man with long, blond hair and a beard was sitting on a green electrical box screaming, laughing and grasping at the air. The incident occurred at 6:35 p.m. at the cross streets of Del Obispo Street and Stonehill Drive in Dana Point.

Disturbance-Family Dispute 9:06 p.m. 23700 block of Hillhurst Drive. A caller reported that he heard two males and a female (possibly a father, son and daughter-in-law) arguing and things being slammed around.

Disturbance 1:29 p.m. 24400 block of Dana Point Harbor Drive. A caller reported a man and female were in a verbal argument. The caller witnessed the man throw the female’s bike over the bench and table. The subjects were possibly transients. The man was in his 30s and was wearing a gray baseball cap and blue jacket. Disturbance 1:36 p.m. 33500 block of the street of the Blue Lantern. A caller reported that a male was beating up a female in a condo at the corner of Alta Vista. When the male saw him, he pulled the female inside the residence by her hair. (Dana Point)
