A female outside of Vons believed that a Long Beach Police Department officer was harassing her with an unseen electrical device that shakes her bed at night. She is the only one home when it occurs. The incident occurred on Wednesday, January 23 at 5:01 p.m. at the cross streets of Crown Valley Parkway and Hillhurst Drive.

Wednesday, Jan. 23:
Assist Outside Agency 6:01 p.m. 28700 block of Camino Capistrano. A caller reported that a paranoid schizophrenic male was in a white BMW in the In ‘N Out Parking lot. The subject reportedly had a history of physical violence, including breaking items and setting a computer on fire after he threw it against a wall.
Suspicious Person 12:29 a.m. 33800 block of the street of the Copper Lantern. A caller reported that he heard an odd sound coming from the Lantern district or harbor area. It reminded him of a science fiction movie sound effect (Dana Point).
Tuesday, Jan. 22:
Suspicious Person 6:35 p.m. 23900 block of Ibis Court. A caller reported that her children said they were spanked and hit by their father during visitation.
Suspicious Person 6:51 p.m. 34500 block of Calle Portola. A caller reported that a female walked onto her porch, urinated, and got into a blue pickup with 2 other people and drove off toward the freeway (Dana Point).
