Crime: Woman Throws Down Lock Box In a Huff at CVS

A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff’s Department from June 15 – June 16:

A caller reported that a woman entered CVS, threw a lock box down on the ground and left. She was in her late '40s, with blond hair and a heavy build. She was wearing a white shirt, black pants and white shoes, and was with a man. The incident occurred on Sunday, June 16 at 2:40 p.m.

Here are more items from the Orange County Sheriff’s Department blotter. All incidents were reported within Laguna Niguel unless otherwise noted.

Sunday, June 16: Welfare Check. 5:34 p.m. 29200 block of Via San Sebastian. A caller required a check on her 12-year-old son, who arrived for a 6-week visitation with his father. When she spoke with her son earlier, he said his father was threatening him with a belt.

Keep the Peace. 3:26 p.m. 28900 block of Drakes Bay. A caller stated that his roommate refused to return his key until he got his deposit back in cash.

Saturday, June 15: Follow Up Report. 5:04 p.m. 28100 block of Crown Valley Parkway. A caller reported that he loaned his car to his “friends,” who then got in a traffic collision and ran.

Grand Theft Report. 6:59 a.m. 27900 block of Rural Lane. A caller stated that his six pistols, one rifle and one shotgun were missing from his safe in the garage. He stated his wife (whom he is possibly divorcing and still lives at the residence) was the thief. She told him they were safe, but refused to return them. The caller wanted to report them stolen.
