Crime: Teens Offer Vodka; Stolen Surfboards Show Up On Craigslist

A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff’s Department August 5. All incidents were reported within Laguna Niguel unless otherwise noted.
Monday, August 5:
Citizen Assist. 8:15 a.m. 30100 block of Crown Valley Parkway. A caller wished to file a report for assault due to her neighbor throwing water. The incident was reported at Laguna Niguel City Hall.
Drunk In Car. 11:37 p.m. 32300 block of the Street of the Golden Lantern. A caller reported that three male teens in a white coupe offered him a shot of vodka as he walked by. The teens were on the side of Five Guys.
Suspicious Person/Circumstances. 3:10 p.m. 25300 block of Shadywood. A caller reported that a 50-60 year old man driving a white Infiniti followed him home and took pictures when he pulled into his driveway.
Traffic Hazard. 5 p.m. Cabot Road/Crown Valley Parkway. A caller reported that on the northeast corner, a construction gate was left open and swinging into traffic.
Petty Theft Report. 6:22 p.m. 27000 block of Alicia Parkway. A caller reported that someone stole four surfboards and a bag and was selling them on Craigslist.
