Crime: Caller Slips and Breaks Gas Pump, Asked to Pay

A rundown of recent calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff’s Department. All incidents were reported within Laguna Niguel unless otherwise noted. 

Friday, June 21:

Disturbance-Family Dispute. 8:56 a.m. 33900 block of Manta Court. A caller reported that she was in a verbal argument with her father that turned physical. She stated that her father attacked her and held her down on the couch. No weapons were involved. The father left in a white Mazda, and was possibly enroute to Carlsbad. (Dana Point)

Citizen Assist. 11:25 a.m. 100 block of Oakcliff Drive. A caller reported that her neighbors were videotaping her backyard.

Grass Fire. 3:02 p.m. 27100 block of Alicia Parkway. A caller reported a brush fire near the parking structure at the location. The Orange County Fire Authority was enroute.

Saturday, June 22:

Terrorist Threats Report. 4:59 p.m. 30100 block of Crown Valley Parkway.  A caller reported that a man she met on Facebook had been stalking her and making verbal threats.

Keep the Peace. 6:07 p.m. Coast Highway/Crown Valley Parkway. A caller reported that he was pumping gas at the Chevron station and slipped. The attendant was being verbal with him, and asked him to pay for the broken pump. (Dana Point)

Citizen Assist. 6:35 p.m. 30000 block of Tessier. A caller wished to speak to deputies because the minor she was babysitting was threatened and harassed by other children in the Hidden Hills apartment complex.
