Packages Stolen From Porch, Resident Says
A rundown of calls to the O.C. Sheriff's Department from Jan. 2-3 in Dana Point and Laguna Niguel.
A caller reported someone stole packages from his front porch. The incident occurred on Wednesday, Jan. 2 at 8:52 a.m. at the 27900 block of Via Del Agua.

Vandalism Report 6:26 a.m. 24000 block of Pinehurst Lane. A caller reported someone popped her Christmas decorations.
Wednesday, Jan. 2:

Suspicious Person 11:12 p.m. La Cresta Drive/Street of the Violet Lantern. A caller reported 6-7 people were in the park drinking. The caller was walking his dog when a man approached asking if he was a cop, and when he replied “no,” the person said, “Good, ‘cuz fff the cops.” (Dana Point)
Keep the Peace 1:30 p.m. 23900 block of Tasman Bay. A caller said his 86-year-old mother and her mother’s boyfriend locked her out of the house and were trying to illegally evict her. (Dana Point)
