Caller Finds Disturbing Notes In Son's Room

A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff's Department from February 5–8.

A caller reported that his 15-year-old son had been seeing a therapist for 3 months for mental problems. He just found notes of his stating that he wanted to kill his parents. The boy was at school at the time and the caller wished to speak to a deputy regarding the issue. The incident occurred on Thursday, February 7 at 12:08 p.m. at the 29700 block of Niguel Road.

Friday, Feb. 8:

Suspicious Person 11:45 p.m. 33500 block of Del Obispo Street. A caller reported that a male came up to her and asked if she wanted meth. The subject was currently in front of the Circle K. The male was 35 years old, with black hair and was wearing a green flannel shirt and blue jeans. (Dana Point)

Citizen Assist 4:42 p.m. unknown block of Baroness Lane. A caller reported that her soon-to-be ex was sending her threatening texts and he slashed her tires. She wished to speak to a deputy about it.

Thursday, Feb. 7:

Suspicious Person 10:15 p.m. 24200 block of Rue de Cezanne. A caller reported that he witnessed a male taking a battery out of a gray Honda Civic. The subject claimed he was going to put it in a Chevy Tahoe 2-3 houses down. The caller was concerned due to multiple burglaries in the area recently. The subject had short hair and was wearing baggy jeans.

Citizen Assist 7:30 p.m. unknown block of Coral Sea. A caller reported that a possible stalker in Sweden was stealing her mail.

Wednesday, Feb. 6:

Citizen Assist 12:18 p.m. 24800 block of Del Prado. A Ralph’s employee called on behalf of a female transient, who claimed she was walking from Newport Beach to Mexico when “they” drugged her. The caller was unaware who “they” were. She was adamant about speaking to a deputy about it. (Dana Point)

Citizen Assist 2:07 p.m. 24200 block of La Cresta Drive. A caller reported that a substitute teacher grabbed a student aggressively at Richard Henry Dana Elementary School. (Dana Point)

Disturbance 10:42 p.m. 29900 block of Niguel Road. A caller reported that subjects were outside the Laguna Niguel Post Office protesting. They were holding signs up of President Obama wearing a Hitler mustache and were cursing and yelling obscenities.

Tuesday, Feb. 5:

Grand Theft 7:15 p.m. 27400 block of Alicia Parkway. A caller reported that 2 heavy-set females stole 2 large screen televisions from Walmart. They entered a gray or silver Honda Accord.

Disturbance 8:59 p.m. unknown block of Seaport. A caller reported that she heard a female screaming “Burn the door!” coming from the location or a unit nearby. The Orange County Fire Authority was enroute for a possible mental issue.
