UFO Spotted Hovering Over Laguna Niguel?

According to the website ufostalker.com, this is the ninth sighting since 2009. It was near Marina Hills and Golden Lantern and reported on March 3 at 7:15 p.m.

Let me start by saying that I have never been a big believer in UFOs, Bigfoot or the like.

However, at one point, I did believe in the legend of the Loch Ness Monster and, while studying abroad years ago, I went hunting for the fabled aquatic creature called Nessie in Scotland. I never found her, but the place was pretty eerie. I could see why people thought they may have seen things lurking in the lake called Loch Ness, in northwest Scotland. The lake is 23 miles (37 kilometers) long and black as coal. In the wee morning hours, the mist blankets the lake and is as thick as pea soup.

In any event, I received an email alert from UfoStalker.com that stated there was a sighting of some form of UFO on March 3 in Laguna Niguel near Marina Hills and Golden Lantern. It occured at 7:15 p.m. and was reported to the website by someone who said they witnessed the object while they were on their rooftop. The shape was described as "a fireball," its latitude 33.51612, longitude -117.687481.

Someone commented on this sighting, too, Dosborn44 writes:

While walking in Laguna Niguel about 7 p.m. on March 3, 2012, I saw three moving objects with red lights (not blinking) lined up across part of the sky. After about 30 seconds the front object changed direction and went straight up until out of sight. The remaining two objects were then joined by another and after about 30 seconds the front object went straight up until out of sight. This pattern was repeated for a total of seven objects, [the] red lighted object would fade out then another one would appear from the other side. This all lasted about 5 minutes.

I'm not sure I hold much faith in the ufostalker.com website or the sightings it reports (). However, after reading how many have supposedly been seen here in Laguna Niguel, I am looking up at the sky a whole lot differently once evening rolls around.
