Awesome article.. The post office is a complete nightmare, clusterfvck, should of taken some of the city hall money and bundled in the post office.. they are broke and could of probably used the shared space anyways. The druggist post office satellite station is good move forward.. I love the druggist and helping local business versus CVS/Walgreens/RiteAid.. and the druggist even breaks down expensive things and sells them individually. As far the the In-N-Out parking lot.. I was JUST REAR ENDED by some idiot pulling into In-N-Out as I was parking in the very first space for Mimi's. It has a a weird space, so I backed up for 2 seconds to re-align and some idiot and his chick hit me, didn't even stop, didn't even wait.. and pulled through the In-N-Out drive through.. I sat for 20mns till he came through the drive through and told him to pull over and get out of the car.. dude was so hungry for that In-N-Out slop that he didn't even stop after an accident. He then told me he checked it out and there was no damage so typically California hippy thinking.. it looked cool so I didn't stop.. if there is no damage I just let it slide. Little does anyone realize these 5 mph bumbers when hit can still cause internal damange and end up being a $500 accident.

Many of these hot spot traffic areas result in traffic collisions because of driver impatience. If more people took a few extra seconds to be aware of their surroundings this would most certainly decrease the traffic collisions any where. If you visit these areas, take the extra time to park farther away. Not only is it good for the exercise, but it will help ease congestion of the "Got to have it" parking spots. Laguna Niguel is a safe and wonderful city to live in, take the time to care for your fellow neighbor.

Brett: I hear you, I was also rear-ended in the T.J's lot a few weeks ago. People are in such a hurry to go nowhere fast!

George: You are so right, people are in a fog and don't pay attention to what is around them. LN is a nice place to live, I just wish drivers would slow down and pay attention and not be in such a rush.

Tom: You are right! The entire area is a nightmare. Part II is coming next week!
