Saturday, Sept. 15, Coastal Cleanup with from 9 a.m to noon. Students, teachers, parents and friends of Malcom Elementary have a longtime tradition of participating in the 28th Annual California Coastal CleanUp. Show up at any time on Saturday with a bag and gloves, and help keep our beautiful beach clean. This year’s cleanup includes measuring the baseline of debris on our shores that may have washed up as a result of last year’s devastating tsunami in Japan. The Kids Bowl Free program is designed by bowling centers to give back to the community and provide a safe, secure, and fun way for kids to spend time this summer.
