Progressive Vaccination Protocols for the Forward-Thinking Owners and their Pets

Alicia Pacific Veterinary Center has recently invested in a new line of vaccinations for the pets of Laguna Niguel. These vaccines provide your pet with excellent immunity to dangerous viruses with a smaller quantity being administered to your pet. This leads to less vaccine reactions, reduced pain at the injection site, and an overall easier trip to the vet.

Our vaccines deliver long-term immunity to viruses like Parvovirus and Distemper with half the quantity administered. This is made possible by the vaccine manufacturer's research as to which viruses need to be in the vaccine for optimum immunity, and also the use of less adjuvant which delivers the vaccine to the pet. The use of less adjuvant reduces the chance for pain at the injection site as well as vaccine reactions.

For your common bacterium vaccine such as Bordetella, more commonly known as "Kennel Cough", we are now offering this product in an oral form. If your pet is nervous at the vet office, the veterinarian can hand you the vaccine and you can calmly administer it to your pet orally while the doctor observes. This will prevent those fearful dogs from having to be held while a shot or an intra-nasal vaccine is administered. We have provided this product in hopes that the pets of Laguna Niguel find coming to the vet to be a pleasant experience rather than one to fear.

These vaccines are available daily and are provided at a reduced cost every Saturday from 10 am until 5 pm at Alicia Pacific Veterinary Center. There have been no price changes with the new technology of the vaccines. We hope this makes the pet owners of Laguna Niguel excited to maintain their pets vaccination status. For pets with immune-mediated diseases, we still recommend vaccine titers rather than vaccinations, and we will write Rabies exempt forms to the city upon request. Call us today, we look forward to meeting you and your pet :)
