Comedian Rita Rudner and her husband have listed their five bedroom, 5,000-square-foot, oceanfront home on the market for $8.97 million.
As first reported by the Orange County Register, the home at 331 Monarch Bay was built in 2005 and features heated floors, an elevator, and glass doors that retract into the walls.
Through her publicist, Rudner told the newspaper, she has no plans to leave Dana Point: "We've enjoyed our vacations here so much, we're building a home so we can retire here.''
