Vine Restaurant Hosts 5 Course Wine Dinner, Featuring Wines from Tantara Winery, on April 29 at 6:30 pm.

Join Vine Restaurant in San Clemente for a wine
country-inspired dinner, paired with the fine wines of Tantara Winery,
on April 29 at 6:30 pm. The five course menus starts with Chef Jared
Cook’s selection of artisanal cheeses and charcuteries served with Cadence
Chardonnay.  Next, saffron poached rock shrimp and seared scallop salad is
paired with Dierberg Chardonny. Then enjoy Muscovy duck breast with Dierberg
Pinot Noir followed by grilled rack of Colorado lamb and Zotovich Pinot
Noir. Dessert is a warm goat cheese brownie and Tandre Grapefield Pinot Noir.
 $95 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Space is limited.
